How this website handles information

This section applies only to the public PISI website. Separate privacy terms may apply to contracted payroll services or future production platforms.

Information handled today

  • When a visitor submits the demo form, their name, work email, company, optional phone number, and message are sent to PISI's public lead endpoint for business follow-up.
  • When the AI playground is submitted, the prompt is sent to the PISI public assistant-preview endpoint. The playground is limited to synthetic examples and must not be used for real payroll, employee, tax, BPJS, or other sensitive information.
  • Theme and language preferences are stored locally in the browser so the interface can retain its presentation settings.
  • The website host and external resource providers may receive standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time as part of delivering the site.

How information is used

PISI uses demo-request information to manage product inquiries and arrange follow-up. Assistant-preview prompts are processed to return the requested demonstration response under the controls configured for that public API route. Interface preferences support display settings, while technical information supports site delivery, security, and diagnostics. PISI does not use this website to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.

    Service providers and external resources

The website connects to pisi-app-api for demo requests. Assistant previews pass through a topic, sensitive-data, and prompt-injection safeguard on pisi-landing before a dedicated low-privilege identity reaches pisi-app-agents through pisi-app-api. Hosting providers may process standard connection data. Poppins and Montserrat are loaded through Google Fonts, so Google receives the network request required to deliver those font files.

      Retention

Demo requests are retained in the PISI landing environment for as long as needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, subject to applicable PISI retention requirements. Assistant-preview prompts and infrastructure logs are retained according to the controls configured for the relevant PISI services. Browser preferences remain until they are replaced or cleared by the visitor.

        Security and your choices

PISI applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current website. Visitors can clear saved interface preferences through their browser settings. Applicable law may also provide rights concerning personal data processed by PISI, including requests for access, correction, deletion, or other action.

          Privacy contact

Existing customers may contact their established PISI representative with privacy-related questions or requests. A dedicated public privacy contact will be added to this notice when available.

            Cookie Policy

            Cookies and browser storage

The current PISI website does not intentionally set HTTP cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking tools.

            Local browser storage

The website uses localStorage, a form of browser storage rather than a cookie. The stored preferences remain on the visitor's device until they are replaced or cleared.

            • pisi-theme stores the selected light or dark appearance.
            • pisi-language stores the English language preference for compatibility while the language switcher is hidden.

            Third-party resources

Google Fonts is requested from Google-hosted domains to display the Poppins and Montserrat typefaces. The current application does not use Google Analytics or other Google advertising services.

              Consent controls

Because the current website does not intentionally set non-essential cookies, it does not display a cookie consent banner. PISI will review this approach and introduce appropriate controls before adding analytics, advertising, or other optional tracking technologies.

                Changes to this policy

This page will be updated when the website begins using new storage, data collection, or third-party services. The date at the top of the page identifies the latest published revision.

This notice reflects the website and API connections currently in use. PISI will review and update it whenever lead handling, assistant providers, retention practices, analytics, advertising tools, or other third-party services change.
